Mr. Holger Kämpf

Holger Kämpf is a European and German Patent Attorney with more than 10 years of professional experience. He is a member of our chemistry team and specialises in patent prosecution, drafting applications and preparing FTO analyses as well as opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office.

He graduated from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg during which he did a Scientific internship at Canterbury University, Christchurch New Zealand. He then continued post-graduate reasearch at the Technical University of Berlin to attain a Ph.D. in chemistry in the field of bioinorganic chemistry. During his graduate work, Mr. Kämpf received a Scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes).

• polymer chemistry including catalysts/initiators, processes, polymerization reactors, additives
• coatings, including automotive coatings, indoor and outdoor wall painting
• chemical processes, including paper processing, Fischer-Tropsch processes
• pharmaceuticals compositions including small molecules and antibodies
• OLED technology
• construction materials and their manufacturing, including bricks, roofing tiles, indoor materials with integrated electrical heating
• general mechanics

Holger is fluent in German & English and has basic knowledge in French.
